I think it was at the very end of November that I received a note from our very good friend across the street  “are you available on possibly Friday, December 11th around lunch time to take a couple of photos of a couple of people that just might be getting married???”  After my shriek of YEAHHHHHH Cathy and Dave, I wrote back saying I would be honoured to perhaps possibly be available on Dec 11th to take a couple of photos of a couple of our good friends that JUST might be getting married!!!   How exciting?  And a couple photos?  HA.  HA.  HA.  How could I ever just take a couple photos… here are some of my favourites of the elated couple!!!  

It was such a gorgeous day at a gorgeous setting with a beautiful couple.   I am so happy that Cathy and Dave were both willing to go out into the snow and take some photos.  Beautiful snowflakes were falling all around us the entire time we were outside.  And look at Cathy… in high heels!!!   So impressive.  And with Dave being from California, I’d say he was quite the trooper too!!   No question their love (and a tiny bit of champagne!!) kept them toasty warm while they were out there!
