Birthday Boy

Reuben turned 1 today! Our little baby is growing up.
Here he is a few minutes before guests starting arriving for his birthday party. And yes, he is as sweet as he looks in this picture!!!

I absolutely love it when families ask me to take photos of their children with grandparents. To preserve these connections…. sighhhh… it’s an honour for me. This little guy will love looking at these images as he grows up and hears the many stories of his sweet grandpa.

As much as I have absolutely cherished the experience of loving two newborns, Harold and I know we are complete as a family of four (plus our dear dog Ricki). Just like so many other mothers though, I melt at the sight, the smell, the sound of a newborn. Although I won’t be able to call another newborn my own, I have the amazing fortune of getting to meet, cuddle, and adore all the newborns I photograph!
The latest … a new little girl. A sweet bundle who joins her sister and brother to make her family now COMPLETE.

I am so excited to have updated my blog. All the babies, children and families in Calgary and the surrounding area deserve their images to be BIG, they are so beautiful. So here are the big images!
